Regina Madalozzo

Regina Madalozzo was an associate professor at Insper. She was the dean of the undergraduate courses in Economics and Business and; also, she was the dean of the Professional Masters in Economics. Her research focuses on the labor market field, and Regina teaches courses in undergraduate and professional master's degrees within the microeconomics and quantitative methods track.

Her research investigates issues related to the gender wage gap and bargaining power within families. Concerning the latter, Regina is interested in the theme of unpaid work and domestic work. In addition to these studies, Regina is a corporate speaker about unconscious bias and female leadership.

Regina is currently coordinator of the Gender Studies Center and the Women and Territory Center, both at Insper.
